As an Account Manager, you will learn our products and applications by selling, servicing, and application consulting to construction and manufacturing project sites.

Job Requirements :
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven successful selling experience with strong emphasis on end-users/commercial sales
* Highly developed territory planning & selling skills
* No more than 2 jobs (with different companies) in the last 5 years
* Ability to establish and expand relationships with end users
* No restrictions on driving privileges
* Results driven documented success in exceeding sales goals & business development goals
* Exhibit personal drive to succeed and grow your territory
* Strong work ethic and desire to live our core values of commitment, courage, integrity and teamwork
* Willingness to receive coaching and guidance from managers and peers
* Able to develop, communicate and effectively implement strategic concepts
* Experience working on a base salary plus variable compensation plan
* Strong computer (Microsoft Office, Internet) skills
