ARINC's Engineering and Technical Services Division is looking for an Acquisition Support Analyst to support the PMO office with Emerging Technologies Support at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA. The ideal candidate will provide programmatic expertise, guidance, issue resolution, scheduling, integration, and funding estimate support to the Operational Command and Control Systems Integration Branch.
Support the Government in identifying and acquiring technologies in support of in-house prototyping laboratory.
Directly support requirements generation, evaluation of, and planning for the development, testing, fielding, and sustainment of these technologies.
Provide management support for the identification, acquisition, accreditation, integration, and sustainment technologies to support ongoing Command & Control system integration efforts.
Duties will involve collection, assessment, and maturation of programmatic and financial data from internal and external organizations, and assisting in the construction of Life-Cycle Acquisition Strategies and transition plans.
Study existing programmatic, and financial processes, programs, and documents with the intent to determine requirements compatibility and to identify a transition path forward.
Interface with engineers, contracting officers and vendors to procure and sustain equipment and services for wide-ranging integration and prototyping efforts.
Work with customer offices to ensure plans for future technologies are fully synchronized with needs/plans, documented Acquisition documents, and user forums. Qualifications To be considered for this role you will need seven (7) or more years of general DoD program/project financial experience with four (4) years minimum of Air Force, DoD, or Government acquisition experience.
Capable of working independently and with minimal supervision, supporting numerous projects/programs simultaneously
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Travel as required by program office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with financial estimations on Command & Control programs.
Twelve (12) years of general DoD program/project financial experience.
Required Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor s Degree required, Masters highly preferred.
