Home Entertainment Group and has created some of the world s most popular and award-winning online games, including The Lord of the Rings Online , Dungeons & Dragons Online : Eberron Unlimited , and Asheron's Call .

Turbine, Inc., a division of WB Games Inc., seeks a Temp 3D Artist who will collaborate closely with Art, Animation, and members of the Content/Design Teams to conceptualize, design, model and texture AAA game assets and asset systems in a timely and dependable manner.

The Animator, Temp will coordinate with the Animation team to edit, create and test animation for characters and objects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Replicate animation from one character to others using proprietary character rigs.

* Edit animations to fix bugs.

* Create animation for characters and objects.

* Export animation and check them in the game client.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Associate s Degree (or related certificate) in 3D Animation, Computer Science or related field.

* Strong Understanding of Maya.

* Understanding of traditional animation principles.

* Experience working with animations in a game engine is a plus.

* Strong interest/passion in gaming, especially MMOs.

* This is an onsite position requiring the candidate be living in Massachusetts (Or willing to relocate without paid expenses).

* Up to 1 year of character animation for the gaming industry.
