ARTIST-TEACHER OF CLARINET (PART-TIME) (Posted October 24, 2011)
The Longy School of Music of Bard College is seeking applications to fill an artist-teacher of clarinet position. Candidates should have the interest and demonstrated ability to recruit and develop an active studio in the school s Conservatory (undergraduate and graduate programs).
Date of appointment: 2012-2013 academic year
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates will possess an outstanding record as performers and teachers, with a strong regional or national reputation. An advanced degree (MM) in clarinet or demonstrated equivalent is required, along with a minimum of three years of teaching in higher education.
