Currently seeks Assistant Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Supervises and coordinates activities concerning front-of-the-house operations and personnel by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors in accordance with McCormick & Schmick s quality standards.

* Have the ability to support the General Manager to coordinate the activities of the staff in order to deliver quality product and service to all guest.
* Possess strong relationship skills and able to partner with their culinary counterpart.

Qualifications:

* At least 3-5 years fine dining experience in full-service, reputable dining establishment.
* Ability to communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand request, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
* Strong knowledge of front of the house operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction.
* Ability to walk, stand and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
* Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
