ARINC's Engineering and Technical Services Division is looking for an C2IS Acquisition Analyst to support the PMO office with acquisition life cycle at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA. The ideal candidate will provide acquisition and project management support to the Command and Control Information Services (C2IS) and C2 Air Operations Suite (C2AOS) programs.

Assist in developing and implementing a consolidated acquisition strategy for system development, implementation, and/or sustainment.
Review, comment, prepare, update and/or manage various program documents.
Prepare for and support milestone decision reviews.
Support the preparation of solicitation packages, to include Statement of Work, Contract Data Requirements List, and other sections as required.
Support source selection evaluation teams as required (technical, cost, past performance).
Assist customer team members in performing technical evaluations on contractor proposals for both competitive and non-competitive awards.
Assist in configuration and data management activities.
Support and participate in various working group meetings. Qualifications To be considered for this role you will need at least eight (8) or more years of experience with DOD or Federal acquisition programs.

Experience in system acquisition with focus on Command and Control systems.
Experience in current acquisition business practices.
Excellent written and presentation skills.

Periodic TDY to other CONUS locations.

Preferred Experience: Ten (10) years relevant experience

Education and Certification Required: Bachelors degree in Technical studies, Masters degree preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus.
