Position Summary: The Department Secretary will provide a variety of computer, clerical responsibilities, internal and external customer relation tasks, maintain department records, filing systems, oversee the inventory, ordering of office supplies and controlling and handling department orders; also handling written and verbal communications between all customers as appropriate. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience: High School Graduate or equivalent. Completion of a two year secretarial program or two years of college education with 2 years of secretarial experience.
