The candidate will have experience implementing a performance management system on a fast-track cycle and moving legacy data to a new system using templates delivered by the vendor. Required Qualifications Skills: Wing Span, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access Oracle HRMS R12 is a plus Oracle Discoverer 10g Report Writer is a plus.
