Inside Sales Account Specialist

Can you actively engage healthcare professionals about clients products as an Inside sales account specialist?

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast paced entrepreneurial company that is expanding its inside sales team in specialty markets to maximize patient care for osteoarthritis.

We seek several passionate and experienced Inside Sales Account Specialists to shape the commercial effectiveness of a key brand in the specialist space. This opportunity is for individuals looking to make immediate impact. The successful Inside Sales Account Specialist will effectively engage healthcare professionals in informational/promotional communications about our client s products through outbound and inbound telephone discussions. The position reports to the Inside Sales Manager and has no direct reports.

Work location for this position is in Cambridge/Boston, MA area. Candidates must able to travel up to 10% for sales meetings and quarterly field visits, and must be flexible to work evening hours, depending on the geographical area of assigned accounts.

Experience Requirements:

BA/BS degree

1-2 years B2B/Sales/Healthcare experience

Strong focus on providing customers with superior product and service

Skills/Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Clear, articulate and grammatically sound speech and professional phone manne

Excellent selling/persuasion/presentation skills

Strong rapport building skills

Excellent active listening skills

Good organizational and planning skills

Strong product knowledge and marketing skills

Must be self motivated and disciplined

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording/handling client and project information

Excellent judgment/decision making skills

Ability to accurately assess individual situations and draw on prior knowledge, experience and problem solving skills in order to come up with successful solutions

Ability to work independently and as a team member

Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to display high-levels of initiative, effort and commitment successfully complete projects and assignments.

Ability to understand the client s selling model utilizing product training in order to service and support client s customers in a variety of scenarios.

Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office applications

Must be able to deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the company
