Position Title: Service Delivery Administrator
Reports to: General Manager
Position Summary
The service delivery administrator is responsible for the clear direction, coordination and distribution of the in-house courier s daily delivery route, acting as a liaison between the General Manager, Production Manager and coordinators in order to guarantee prompt delivery to customers, inventory control. Collaborates with the general manager in the pursuit of operational and customer service excellence.
Primary Duties
Customer Service
* Customer-service oriented
* Works well in a team environment
* Previous experience in a customer service roll as plus and must have computation/mathmatical ability and reading comprehension
* Knowledge of PC applications necessary including Outlook and UPS software systems
* Eagerness and ability to learn, absorb new information quickly
* Have the initiative to work with minimal instruction and direction
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Responsible and mature and possess a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment
* Responsible to work with the team on problem resolution to maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction
* Must have strong organizational and motivational skills and attention to detail
* Experience in the digital copying industry
* Ability to act as quality control for print production.
* High degree of accuracy including follow-up.
* Packing and boxing skills.
* Labeling and organizing.
* Coordinate drivers, couriers UPS, FedEx.
* Order backroom supplies.
* Keep track of delivery signatures and reporting.
