Qualifications:

* BS in Computer Science or Master of Information Science
* 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology as a Developer and/or Architect
* 3+ years experience work in a development environment with Service Oriented Architecture
* Experience with Object Oriented Programming Languages
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Detail-oriented, well-organized, with excellent analytical skills
* Self-starter and team player with a high level of initiative, strong work ethic and the ability to gather, synthesize, organize and report information
* Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a demanding and deadline-oriented environment
