The Digital Innovation Leadership Program (Beginning July of 2018) offers a two-year training opportunity for passionate, driven people who want to join a high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers’ lives and who want to be on the ground floor of digital innovation that aims to reinvent what a pharmacy and a health care  company can be. Product Managers will have responsibilities ranging from strategy and planning to operations and delivery and get exposure to different functional groups through several functional rotations. 

Program Highlights:  
Full-time, two-year program in which participants will get exposure to key functional  areas within Digital and digital product management from ideation through execution.  Dedicated training (in person, virtual), mentoring, and exposure to senior leadership. Program  participants will be in the pipeline for future leadership opportunities across CVS Digital.  

Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and research to support: 

30% of time you will:

  • New technology capabilities and enablers including: market and vendor analyses, potential use cases and business value,technical feasibility and potential solutions, cost and timeline to implement,etc.
  • Business cases and forecast value of potential new products.
  • User journeys and user experiences.
40% of the time you will:
  • Lead definition of business and functional product requirements.
  • Engage with IT teams in an iterative manner to continually develop, test, and refine a prototype.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders to execute and deliver new products to market.

30% of the time you will:

  • Manage multiple projects and provide key status updates.
  • Summarize key research/analysis findings or project updates and present to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters in relevant degree program 
  • Digital experience within a healthcare/retail environment 
  • Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, A/B testing, analytic tagging and tools, agile/scrum
  • Commitment  to and passion for a career in digital, retail and / or healthcare.  
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.  
  • Excellent  written and verbal communication skills  
  • Well-organized, entrepreneurial and  able to prioritize among multiple projects with limited supervision 
  • Strong  project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop  relationships across diverse teams. 
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative research   
  • Process  and execution oriented with a strong interest in accelerating ideas from  conception to market

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in a product management, consulting, marketing/market research, finance, design, healthcare and/or in a research capacity.
  • Ability to begin the program in late July 2018 and a commitment to the 2-year program.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines while utilizing the highest level of attention to detail.   
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience constructing complex models in order to meet business case requirements.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience with MS of Excel, including ability to construct and manipulate pivot tables, financial models, and at least 1 year of advanced experience with Excel functions (e.g., v lookup, index, match, etc.).
