The Digital Leadership Program offers a two year training opportunity for passionate, driven people who want to join a high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers' lives and who want to be on the ground floor of digital innovation that aims to reinvent what a pharmacy and health care company can be. Analysts will have responsibilities ranging from strategy and planning, to operations, analytics, and delivery across the CVS digital portfolio.

Program Highlights:
-Full time two-year program in which participants will hold important roles on cross-functional CVS Digital teams supporting: Product Management, Analytics, Innovation, Digital Operations, Strategy, and User Experience
-Dedicated cohort training, mentoring, and exposure to senior leadership
-Program participants will be the pipeline for future leadership opportunities across CVS Digital

-Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and research to support: New product development, Digital Product Adoption and Engagement, Business Case development for new initiatives, Ongoing digital operations analytics (50% of time)
-Support the digital product lifecycle and contribute to documentation (e.g., Requirements / user stories, project plans), user acceptance testing, release management, KPI tracking and evaluation (30% of time)
-Create summaries for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (20% of time)

Required Qualifications
-Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or equivalent
-Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis and research
-Ability to begin program in July 2018 (or sooner) and commitment to 2-year program

Preferred Qualifications
Prior Intern, co-op, or project experience in relevant areas (Retail, healthcare, IT, digital, software)
Strong analytical and technical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well organized, entrepreneurial, and able to prioritize among multiple projects with limited supervision
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships across diverse teams
Demonstrated leadership experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Technology savvy with an eye for continually improving customer experience
-Passion for Digital and Healthcare

Bachelor's Degree (Expected June 2019)
