Job Description – Sales Operations Manager 


Reporting to the General Manager 


Ideal Candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in a (small) high growth company with hands on experience and a drive for questioning the status quo to further push boundaries to become the number one in its industry. This position is a key role for the company which will ensure the implementation and coordination of core-processes on the operational side
of the business. 

Interfacing and collaborating with internal resources, while leading a team of three customer service employees: 

· Customer service (e.g. analyze, evaluate, identify and improve core processes to ensure smooth customer transactions) 

· Management team (e.g. develop daily sales tracker) 

· Logistics team (e.g. implement processes to mitigate logistical errors) 

· Sales team (e.g. understand sales needs and create business cases as decision platforms for operational changes such as
breaking case packs) 

· Accounts receivable team (e.g. ensure clear communication between stakeholders) 

· Commerce team (e.g. ownership of price maintenance in ERP system) 

· Finance team (e.g. provide relevant data to finance) 

· Supply-chain team (e.g. provide sales data to ensure sufficient stock levels) Interfacing and guiding external resources 

· Retail customers (e.g. processing orders)  

· End-consumers (e.g. processing customer inquiries) 

· Freight forwarders (e.g. negotiate forwarder quotes)  

First Year KPI’s 

· Decrease false shipments by 50% 

· Implement process of breaking case packs 

This role is will be an active contributor to our top and bottom line financial goals. At all times this position will embrace and excel in maintaining our Brand- guidelines, image, and values.
