Principal Statistical Programmers

Cytel Inc. (Cambridge, MA) is seeking Principal Statistical Programmers to work directly with the stakeholders to lead statistical programming projects and to ensure the statistical programming systems, processes and deliverables are aligned with the relevant regulatory requirements. Monitor quality, timelines, resource allocation, and productivity in relation to budgets and will ensure audit readiness for all tasks. Utilize project management skills to serve as key collaborator with project stakeholders in ensuring appropriate understanding of project requirements, scope of work and timelines. Determine approach and ensure consistency when opportunities arise. Provide mentoring and training to statistical programming staff members. 100% telecommuting.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field and 4 years of experience in biostatistics or statistical programming in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, including: 4 years of experience in SAS programming, including Base SAS and SAS/SQL; 2 years of experience with Statistical Analysis Methods, including Proc Reg, Proc ANOVA, Proc Glm, Proc Mixed, and Proc Lifetest; 4 years of experience with CDISC ADaM and SDTM, ICH Statistical, and Clinical Report guidelines; and 2 years of experience as a lead statistical programmer working with global cross functional teams to include some project management.
