Principal Statistical Programmers

Cytel, Inc. (Cambridge, MA) is seeking Principal Statistical Programmers (multiple positions) to work directly with the stakeholders to lead statistical programming projects and to ensure the statistical programming systems, processes and deliverables are aligned with the relevant regulatory requirements. Monitor quality, timelines, resource allocation, and productivity in relation to budgets and will ensure audit readiness for all tasks. Utilize project management skills to serve as key collaborator with project stakeholders in ensuring appropriate understanding of project requirements, scope of work and timelines. Determine approach and ensure consistency when opportunities arise. Provide mentoring and training to statistical programming staff members. 100% telecommuting.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Biochemistry or closely related field plus 8 years of experience in biostatistics or statistical programming in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, including: 2 years of experience in SAS programming, 2 years of experience with CDISC ADaM and SDTM, ICH Statistical and Clinical Report guidelines, 2 years of experience in the drug development environment, 5 years of experience as a lead statistical programmer working with global cross functional teams to include some project management. Will also accept a Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Biochemistry or closely related field plus 4 years of experience in biostatistics or statistical programming in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, including: 2 years of experience in SAS programming. 2 years of experience with CDISC ADaM and SDTM, ICH Statistical and Clinical Report guidelines. 2 years of experience in the drug development environment. 3 years of experience as a lead statistical programmer working with global cross functional teams to include some project management.
