Covington & Burling LLP seeks a Senior Associate in Boston, MA to work directly w/ partners to provide strategic support for intellectual property & commercial transactions & determine the best solutions to reach the clients’ goals. Job reqs JD or LLM deg, active state bar membership in good standing of at least 1 US jurisdiction & 3 yrs in any job title involving exp working w/ intellectual property aspects of strategic transactions, incl license & collaboration agreements, mergers & acquisitions, supply & distribution arrangements & other commercial transactions.
