Now hiring full-time caring and compassionate LPNS to work within our residential group homes located in Burlington, Camden and Mercer Counties.

Open Positions Include:

  • LPN - Children & adolescents
  • Nurse Case Manager

LPN: As an LPN, you will work within three (3) residential group homes for youth with developmental disabilities in Burlington or Camden County, NJ. The residential programs provide a structured, safe community placement for developmentally disabled children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. LPN license + 3 years of nursing experience with children required

Nurse Case Manager: As a Nurse Case Manager, you will work in a community-based setting in Trenton, Mercer County NJ. Associates in Nursing + LPN license or Bachelors of Nursing + RN

Requirements

Qualifications:

LPN: Licensed as a LPN in the state of New Jersey + 3 years’ nursing experience with children

Nurse Case Manager: Associates degree in Nursing or health related field plus an NJ active, unrestricted LPN license required ; BSN plus an NJ active, unrestricted RN license preferred
